Our Policies
We have been known since the 1990s for our quality customer service and quality products. Below are some general guidelines we like to go by.
- We work to ship all orders the same to next business day as received.
- If anything sells out on your order it will automatically be taken off your order or you will be emailed about a replacement.
- When you place your order your card is authorized and once your order is approved and is being shipped the card is then charged less anything that has been taken off your order.
- You may track and get information and updates on your order by visiting the “track your order” page.
- Currently we only ship to the card holders address due to the out break of fraud.
- We do sell to other companies, so if you see our same items sold for a good bit more money don’t be surprised.
- We do offer return authorizations for unused merchandise up to 14 days.
